APPG for Responsible Vaping welcomes new call for evidence
Today (8 October 2025) the Government has published a call for evidence to seek views from the vape industry, and others, regarding new specific policies on vaping products and vape retail.
Once the Tobacco and Vapes Bill is enacted, the Government is keen to bring in new regulations to tackle rogue traders and give regulators and enforcement agencies more powers to tackle illicit products and illegal sales.
DHSC are also keen to hear from the industry on:
- Flavours and ingredients
- Nicotine strength
- Design and appearance
- Product notifications
The APPG for Responsible Vaping welcomes this call for evidence as an opportunity for the Government to hear directly from the independent vape industry and other experts on the vape sector, and on vaping.
